This month I got a big severance check. This is our last dual income month for a while, so here's hoping to not decrease next month...
Highlights:
* Retirement up $8,500 (2K invested). The retirement from the severance check has not gone through yet, probably will next month.
* 27K severance check
* 9K to Uncle Sam for this quarter. Ouch. Still waiting on a $1,500 refund from 2008.

Dog, that's an awesome severance, look at it as a bonus to find a new job. There's a lot of jobs out there, It's not what you know, it is all about WHO you know.
